We do not sell or ship any physical goods. This policy explains how our digital services are delivered to you.
1. Digital Products Only
All products and services offered by Auralynx Pay Private Limited — including the Command Dashboard SaaS platform and the FitScan mobile application — are digital in nature. There is no physical shipment involved in any of our transactions.
As such, concepts such as shipping charges, courier tracking, or physical delivery timelines do not apply to our Services.
2. Service Delivery
Our digital services are delivered as follows:
- Command Dashboard: Upon successful payment and account creation, you will receive immediate access to the platform via your registered email address and the web dashboard. No installation is required — the service is entirely web-based and accessible from any modern browser.
- FitScan Mobile App: The application is available for download from the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store. After downloading, you can register or log in using the credentials created during sign-up. Premium features are unlocked instantly upon successful in-app purchase or subscription activation.
3. Access After Purchase
Following a successful payment:
- A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes
- Access credentials or activation links (if applicable) will be included in that email
- Subscription features are activated immediately and remain accessible for the duration of your subscription period

4. Delivery Issues and Technical Problems
In the rare event that you experience difficulties accessing our Services after purchase, please contact our support team immediately:

- App not unlocking premium features: Ensure you are logged in with the same account used for purchase; try restoring purchases from the app settings
- Dashboard access issues: Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser; contact support if the issue persists
5. Physical Goods
Auralynx Pay Private Limited currently does not offer any physical products for sale. Should we introduce physical products or merchandise in the future, a separate and detailed shipping policy specific to those products will be published and communicated to users at that time.
