All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Auralynx Pay Private Limited is not liable for any injury or health issue arising from reliance on FitScan recommendations.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auralynx Pay Private Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
